The Irish people are hospitable fun-loving and helpful.
The official languages are English and Irish. But only about 100,000 people speak Irish fluently.
Most of the Irish people in the Republic are Catholics. The national Saint of Ireland is St. Patrick.
For many centuries the Irish people fought against the British. Many Irish people were killed in the fights.
In the middle of Dublin, you can find a great park called the “Phoenix Park”. The “Trinity college” is a great university in Dublin.
Their country is clean and green, with beautiful lakes and rivers. Ireland is a beautiful country.

Der Text ist - wie schon gesagt - bis auf das fehlende Komma in Ordnung.
Die Sätze stehen allerdings völlig unverbunden nebeneinander, wie aus dem Netz zusammengestoppelt. Ich habe deswegen leichte Schwierigkeiten mit dem Begriff "Text".
Verknüpfe die Sätze miteinander und schaffe Zusammenhänge.

“The Irish people are hospitable fun-loving and helpful.” Dort hast du ein Komma hinter dem “hospitable” vergessen. Abgesehen davon ist der Text grammatikalisch sehr gut! Am Anfang fangen 5 Sätze mich “The” an. Da solltest du unbedingt mal etwas variieren.
